Terms of service
Payment Policy
A minimum of two (2) hours is required for all standard bookings.
- A 50% deposit is required on all other duties and services, including long-distance moves, packing, and special deliveries.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of services, payable by cash, debit/credit card, or certified funds.
- Services will not be released or unloaded until payment is made in full.
- Late or failed payments may result in additional fees and/or storage charges.
Service and Delivery Policy
Arrival and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen delays.
- Customers must ensure safe and accessible entry points, parking areas, and clear pathways.
- B I G 101 Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
- Additional fees may apply for extra stops, oversized items, waiting time, or after-hours requests.
Damage and Claims Policy
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- B I G 101 Solutions provides basic legal liability coverage (“released value protection”) limited to $0.60 per pound per item, per federal transport standards.

The company is not responsible for:
- Items packed by the customer.
- Fragile, high-value, or specialty items not declared before service.
- Damage caused by improper packing, pre-existing conditions, or normal handling.
- Customers who need full-value protection should obtain third-party moving insurance.
Access and No-Show Policy
If the customer or authorized representative is not present at the time of service, or access is blocked or unsafe, the job may be canceled or rescheduled at company discretion.
- A minimum charge equal to the scheduled booking or deposit will apply for missed or inaccessible appointments.
Safety Policy
Our team follows OSHA and DOT safety standards to protect clients and staff.
- Unsafe environments (structural damage, pests, or hazardous conditions) may lead to immediate service cancellation with no refund, at company discretion.
Privacy Policy
Customer data is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication.
- B I G 101 Solutions does not sell or share client information with third parties.
- All payment data is processed securely.
Customer Conduct Policy
All interactions must remain respectful and professional.
- Any harassment, threats, or verbal abuse toward staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Limitation of Liability
B I G 101 Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to delays, weather, or third-party actions.
- Payment or scheduling of service constitutes full acceptance of all company policies.
