Deposit, Scheduling & Arrival Policy

All services provided by B I G 101 Solutions LLC require a deposit to reserve your appointment and secure your service date. Please review the individual service listing for the applicable deposit amount and payment requirements.

Front Office Hours

Our front office is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for bookings, scheduling, questions, concerns, and other customer-service needs.

Service Operation Hours

Our service operations begin at 6:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled services for the day have been completed.

Our front office is closed on Sundays unless our team has confirmed a specific Sunday appointment or other business-related arrangement. Services on Sundays are available only when scheduled and confirmed in advance.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are final and nonrefundable. A deposit may be refunded only if B I G 101 Solutions LLC is unable to complete the scheduled service.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 business hours before your scheduled appointment. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Appointment Confirmation and Arrival

Our team will provide an estimated service window and contact you approximately one hour before arrival to confirm that you are available.

If we are unable to reach you or gain access to the service location upon arrival, you will receive a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period, the appointment will be considered missed, and all applicable deposits or prepaid funds will be forfeited.

To schedule a new appointment following a missed service, you must complete a new booking and pay a new deposit.
