Refund policy

 All deposits are final and non-refundable. 
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 
• Customers who cannot keep their scheduled appointment must reschedule 
their service date, subject to company availability. 
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the 
scheduled service time to avoid forfeiting the deposit. 
• Cancellations are handled solely at the discretion of B I G 101 Solutions. 
Approval of a cancellation or credit is not guaranteed. 
• Failure to appear or provide property access on the scheduled date will result 
in forfeiture of all payments and deposits.
